The registration to the 44th eCAADe conference includes the access to all conference activities, papers, social events, lunch and coffee breaks, workshops as well as a one membership of the Association of Education and Research of Computer Aided Architectural Design in Europe.
Registration dates:
- Attendee registration is open from 01 June, 2026 until 31 July 2026
- Author / Paper registration (accepted papers) is open from 01 June, 2026 until 30 June, 2026
- Early bird registration is open from 01 June, 2026 until 15 June, 2026
- Fortbildung der Architektenkammern 01 June, 2026 until 31 July, 2026
(at least) One registration per paper
- For each paper one author registration is required. Authors with multiple papers require multiple registrations.
- Paper with missing author registration will not be published
- Author registration must be completed by 30 June, 2026.
- The paper ID must be indicated at the registration
Registration fees
- Regular: 515 EUR
- Early bird regular: 445 EUR
- Reduced: 425 EUR
- Early bird reduced: 350 EUR
- additional accompanying person for the conference dinner: 155 EUR

Participants currently employed or enrolled at institutions in the following European countries:
Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Czechia, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Türkiye, Ukraine
There is no fee reduction for students.

Online participation
There is a limited number of online participation tickets available. Please select the respective ticket during the registration process. They are available on a first come first serve basis.
Online participation will require the same registration fees as an on-site registration.
Cancellation of registration
Registration can be canceled before 31 July 2026. A cancellation fee of 65 EUR will be applicable.
Chargeback fee for unsuccessful or withdrawn credit card payments is 70 EUR.
