Each paper must be presented at the conference in Lübeck. A limited number of online presentations will be available. Please observe your mail box for further information.
When preparing the final version of your paper (camera-ready) please take the reviewers’ comments into account and observe the following instructions:
- Page count:
Each paper (including references) must expand on an even number of pages between 6 and 10 pages. - Citation and references:
Use the APA citation style: in text author and date
Make sure to only include necessary reference. Limit them to a minimum. All references in the reference list must be mentioned in the text. - Tables:
Do not substitute tables with figures. Tables should be included as tables with text and numbers. Make sure tables are legible (font size min. 9pt). Do not use background colour for table cells. - Figures:
Resolution of images should be 300 dpi. Text in diagrams or images must be legible (font size min. 9pt). - Captions:
All figures or tables require numbered captions. Keep captions concise and short. Extended descriptions can be given in the text. Figures and tables must appear after the first reference in the text. Avoid figures and tables that are not referred to in the text. - Paragraphs:
Don’t use empty paragraphs to layout your text. Margins, spacing, indents are handled by the web-based editorial system proceeDINGS.
